Nelson Family: Grandpa Barney

Randen and I have been together for 16 years! That blows my mind. We have been married for 14 years. I am figuring that you all can gather that we started out young! Randen is still working hard as a brick mason, but at this point we are just grateful he is working with the economy the way it is! And I am an RN working at Utah Valley Hospital in Labor and Delivery. I get to deliver cute, sweet babies for a living. What a job! We have 4 crazy children! !Tyler is the oldest and he is 15. He is such a good kid. We could not have asked for a greater child to quide our other kids! He is a sophmore, WOW! Jayden she is the small version of me she is 12, she is such a sweet girl,even though I might not say that all the time! She is amazing at sports. She is very big into soccer now. Avery is 7, she is so sweet. She is in 1st grade now, and is loving it! She has such a sweet spirit and personality. And then there is Rylee she is 5. Where do we begin with her! Her nickname is 'mustard' and that is just one of the few, because of her mischevious ways. She is getting so big! I can't believe that my baby is now 5 years old! She is my little buddy! Since she had a late birthday she won't start kindergarten until next fall! We do everything together!

Grandpa Barney

My sweet Grandpa Barney passed away on August 3rd after a long courageous battle with cancer. We were so lucky as an entire family to get to spend some good quality time with him before his passing. I knowGrandpa that you are one of the greatest men that I ever got to know, and I am so lucky that I was able to call you Grandpa and my kids were able to call you Great-Grandpa! We love you and miss you!
